Red Wings Crush Penguins 5-0 in Stanley Cup Finals Game 5

Chris Osgood made 22 saves in his 15th career playoff shutout (he also picked up an assist on the Wings' second goal for his 5th career playoff point) as Detroit steamrolled Pittsburgh before their... home crowd in game 5 of the Stanley Cup Finals. The Penguins, who must now return home for game 6 with elimination at their backs, had absolutely no answer for the Wings scoring onslaught. Dan Cleary, Valtteri Filppula, Niklas Kronwall, Brian Rafalski, and Henrik Zetterberg all scored for Detroit.
